I am one of the founders of the Branding and Retail Design Firm ChangeUp, where I am Executive Director of Strategy. I have spent my career as branding and experience innovation executive with extensive experience marketing and managing comprehensive strategic design projects for major US and global retail, restaurant and Consumer Packaged Goods accounts. I’m also an industry thought-leader for customer-driven brand experiences in the emerging integrated digital/physical world.I have excellent client and media facing communication skills with the unique ability to weave insights into strategies and strategies into winning customer-centric design solutions. A great team motivator with focus on creative results-oriented solutions delivered on time and on budget.
I have led major corporate brand experience initiatives, repositionings, and rebranded acquisitions. Clients have included P&G, AT&T, McDonald’s, Honda, Subway, John Deere, Applebee’s, Dunkin Donuts, Circle K, Home Depot, Kroger, and Chevron. As a former VP of Strategy for Interbrand, I have also been a primary contributor to Interbrand’s Best Global Brands annual report as the Food and Beverage Sector leader.
